Paris, January 13, 2026 – As the artificial intelligence market moves toward more industrialized, large‑scale applications, alongside more conscious and structured uses, the independent consulting firm Saegus is strengthening its governance and leadership team with the addition of four senior executives. With over ten years of experience, the company is entering a new strategic cycle with a clear ambition: to structure its business model by 2030 and consolidate its position as a key French player supporting organizations in the industrialization of AI-enabled systems.

AI sets the stage for a pivotal decade for businesses

Artificial intelligence is profoundly transforming economic and organizational dynamics. According to the latest estimates from Gartner, global spending on AI is expected to reach $1.5 trillion in 2025 - a 50% increase compared with 2024 - and to exceed $2 trillion in 2026

After a phase of widespread experimentation, businesses are now entering a critical stage: the transition to large-scale AI use.  In this context, Saegus observes the emergence of key relevant questions around data governance, system accountability, business integration, and regulatory compliance.

The consulting market itself is undergoing a transformation, moving beyond the delivery of one-off expertise to offering solutions that align technological innovation, operational performance, and compliance requirements, notes Marc Trilling, CEO of Saegus.

Reinforcing leadership to support scaling up

Against this backdrop, Saegus chose to strengthen its leadership team with the addition of four new senior executives, each recruited to address a specific structural challenge in the enterprise AI market.

  • Adrien Gainié, Partner, formerly at Accenture, joined Saegus to help large corporations translate ambitious AI strategies into fully deployed, scalable solutions. His experience with large-scale transformation programs is focused on ensuring sustainable AI performance.

  • Nam Truong, Partner, also formerly at Accenture, addresses a key challenge: AI governance and risk management. He focuses on compliance, security, and accountability as AI applications become increasingly embedded in core business processes.

  • Alexia Debeaux, Director, formerly at Accenture, brings deep expertise in data governance and the structuring of data environments, particularly in highly regulated sectors. She addresses a criticalchallenge: laying the groundwork for reliable data foundations, without which large‑scale AI deployment is not possible

  • Toufik Laichaoui, Director, a specialist in the industrialization of data and AI applications, strengthens the firm’s ability to transform prototypes into operational solutions. He operates in a landscape where companies now require concrete and measurable results integrated into their value chains.

Through these appointments, Saegus is adapting to a clear market shift: AI no longer calls for isolated expertise, but for teams capable of designing, governing, and operating applications at scale.

A structured consulting model for 2030

Saegus currently relies on a consulting model focused on scaling up its team to broaden its operational impact. The firm has set ambitious growth targets for 2030: tripling its workforce to 300 employees, achieving over €35 million in revenue, and supporting more than 50 major clients in their digital transformation initiatives.

The company already impacts nearly 1.2 million employees through the deployment of new AI applications within organizations, drawing on a network of leading global AI technology partners.

This continued development aims to position Saegus among the French firms best equipped to meet the demands of a market that has entered an industrialization phase and that is increasingly defining standards around governance, performance, and accountability.

Preparing organizations for the AI of tomorrow

For Saegus, the key challenge in the coming years is to help companies build integrated, sustainable, and structured AI systems that genuinely create value. This must be achieved in an environment of rising competitive pressure, an accelerating race for innovation, and stricter regulation.

"AI will not replace jobs or businesses. Organizations that can harness AI effectively and adapt to its integration will secure a competitive advantage. Technology ultimately reflects what we choose to make of it. The challenge we face now is to seize this window of opportunity to refocus human work on what makes it irreplaceable: empathy. For leaders, the real question is therefore not technological, but tactical: have we put the right foundations in place to adapt to this new reality, and how quickly?" concludes Marc Trilling.
